The EERREC program includes a science communication workshop, with a 3-minute video as capstone experience.

Each video, written and produced by an individual scholar, informs a particular audience about how rapid environmental change can influence individual organisms and species. Karli Chudeau, a UC Davis graduate student in Animal Behavior, Nicole McNabb, a UC Davis graduate student in Pharmacology and Toxicology, and Jessica Lee, the Marketing and Communications Director of the UC Davis Coastal and Marine Sciences Institute, served as technical consultants.
